Refund policy

Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase date with a receipt for STORE CREDIT ONLY.  They must be accompanied by a receipt and with original tags attached to be eligible for a store credit. Returns that are damaged, altered, or soiled will not be accepted.  

Sale/Discounted, Clearance items and Holiday items or any seasonal items (such as Christmas, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Easter etc...) are all FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.  Candles, Soap or Hygiene items cannot be returned. 

Shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping charges are passed to the purchaser.  We recommend that all shipped back returns be sent insured and with tracking as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items.  Please allow 7-10 days for your return to be processed for store credit only! 

Damages  

Should your order arrive damaged or defective please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package, and be able to provide photos and your order number. We will do our best to send a replacement as soon as possible and if that is not an option we will issue a refund.  

Discounts

Discounts cannot be combined with any other sale and can only be used during the discount period. Discounts are not honored for already purchased items or modified for future use.
